The Falmouth Service Center is currently searching for the following:

Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion

The Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion provides strategic guidance and shares leadership for community-facing engagement and for internal education to foster a welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and culturally-responsive environment.

This role works collaboratively with the entire Falmouth Service Center team. The role will help FSC build and deepen connections with all the subsets of the communities we support to best allow us to provide more services and ensure accessibility to all neighbors in need.

Qualified candidates must have a strong commitment to the mission of the Falmouth Service Center and excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone with a professional and friendly demeanor and excellent attention to detail. Must have a high degree of computer proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.

The position is a full time, salaried role.
