Thrift Shop Warehouse Manager

The Thrift Shop Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations that support the daily business operations of the Shop.  This role manages the receiving, sorting, processing, and storage of donated goods while ensuring efficient inventory flow from donation intake to the sales floor. The Warehouse Manager supervises warehouse staff and volunteers, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and ensures operational procedures maximize productivity. 

The Manager will at all times connect the work of the Thrift Shop to the mission and purpose of the Falmouth Service Center (FSC) and serve as an ambassador for both the Thrift Shop and FSC with donors, customers, and volunteers.   

Qualified candidates must have either logistics or warehouse experience as well as supervisory experience. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor and excellent attention to detail.

The position is a full time, salaried role.
