Mike Faulkner

Mike is founder of The Breakwater Group, an advisory practice specializing in operational transformation within the staffing and contingent workforce ecosystem. Over three decades as a senior leader, he led large-scale distributed teams and partnered with organizations to build scalable operating models. An active member of the Falmouth community, Mike serves on the Falmouth Road Race organizing committee as Public Safety Liaison and previously served on the organizing committee for Heroes in Transition's Ruck4HIT.
