After serving for eight years as the Falmouth Service Center’s volunteer coordinator, I retired and returned to FSC as a volunteer for nearly two years. It took me that long to figure out that retirement and I were not well-suited!

When a part-time, administrative assistant position became available, I was excited at the prospect of returning to work at FSC. The leadership and the staff team are exceptional; their work on behalf of neighbors in need is essential.

When the position was offered to me, quite honestly, I jumped at the chance to support the work of the team and to continue my own commitment to giving back to the community.

I am so grateful each day that I’m back at FSC with people I care about – people who care deeply about helping others when they are most in need.
